Licensing Error Codes

Licensing Error Codes usually start with LIC- Prefix

The following is the meaning behind the codes:

• LIC-009 = Not on Licensed Location registered with Licensing Server.
• LIC-008 = Not on Licensed Domain Name registered with Licensing Server.
• LIC-007 = Not on Licensed IP Address registered with Licensing Server.
• LIC-006 = Invalid Version - Licensing Server Reports the Version is unknown and is likely counterfeit CubeData Software
• LIC-005 = License Suspended, Please check your Account for any past due invoices/etc
• LIC-004 = License Data Expired, and the Software was unable to call home to validate Software License, please ensure there is nothing blocking connections to the Licensing Server
• LIC-003 = No License Key Found and/or License Key was reported by Licensing Server to be invalid
• LIC-002 = No License Key Found and/or License Key was reported by Licensing Server to be invalid
• LIC-001 = No License Key Found and/or License Key was reported by Licensing Server to be invalid
