Dynamic Key Protection in our Software

If you get the following error when trying to use our Software,

[timestamp] general.ALERT: Fatal Error (E_CORE_ERROR): Decoding error - Unable to call protected function construct in /blestarootdirectory/{plugins}/{components/modules}/{pluginfilefolder}/{modulefilefolder} {"code":16,"message":"Decoding error - Unable to call protected function construct in /blestarootdirectory/{plugins}/{components/modules}/{pluginfilefolder}/{modulefilefolder}","file":"Unknown","line":0,"trace":null}

This means the Software called home and tried to validate it's authorization to run, but the Licensing Server did not recognize the Server it was calling from. If this happens, please contact CubeData Support via Support Ticket and provide your Server IP Addresses to them so they can have your Server IP Addresses binded to your License so the Licensing Server recognizes your Server and authorizes it to run correctly.

What are IonCube Dynamic Keys?

Dynamic keys are expressions that have to be evaluated at runtime before a function or method can be decoded successfully. External keys are files or string values that are separate from the encoded file and which have to exist for the file to be decoded and run successfully.
